If you're reading this you are probably already familiar with the OneLapCamaro. We've created this blog as a test of sorts to see how we can best share our experiences in testing and racing on the web. I hope that by the time we run in the One Lap of America in April of 2010 that we will have 'dialed in' this blog as well as the car. One Lap of America - Day 1 is in the books!

Great day at Tire Rack Headquarters in South Bend, IN.  After making it through tech David was staged and ready to go on the wet skid pad

















He then made two laps counterclockwise




and two laps clockwise



his official time was the overall overall average for the four laps - unofficially aroun 0.76 g.

Once we were done on the skid pad we had a quick 4 hour transit through Chicago and Milwaukee on our way to our stop for the night in Plymouth, WI. 

Tomorrow we're on our way to Road America!!
